Expanding moose population spurs calls for more hunting

Hungry Norwegian moose have broken into stores recently, tangled with laundry racks and munched on holiday decorations in residential neighborhoods. Wildlife experts claim there are simply too many of them, natural food supplies are limited and more hunting should be allowed. Norway's moose population jumped from an estimated 120,000 in 1990 to 150,000 in 2000, and experts think it's grown since then as well.

Dang, they have tons of people on a list here in Alaska just to get a chance at scavenging road-kill moose. If they start breaking in buildings bet your bottom dollar hunting season would be in full effect.
