I justg sent the following letter to Fox and the producers of "24". I would advise others on FR to follow suit.

Dear Fox and Writers, Directors, Producers of “24,”

It has been widely reported today (January 17, 05) that Fox and the producers of “24” have caved to CAIR and the vocal Muslim minority who are opposed to 24 showing Muslims as terrorists and will be deleting sections and re-writing portions of this seasons show “24” in order to placate them. In light of the mayhem that has been wrought by Muslim extremists both here in the USA and throughout the world.

I find Fox’s stance reprehensible. 24 has never shown the same kind of PC “sensitivity” to white terrorists from Christian nations, neither did 24 whitewash the portrayal of South American drug lords, nefarious black people in high places or the horrors of biological attacks in the past.

Our entire extended family have been devoted fans of 24 for the entire time the show has been on but we will no longer be watching if in fact the show bows to the vocal followers of Islam and CAIR.

In light of the cold blooded murder of Coptic Christians by the followers of Islam in New Jersey and the on-going atrocities being perpetrated all over the globe in the name of “Allah” Fox, has taken the cowards way out of the situation. Instead of dealing with realistic scenarios, now that Fox has bowed to the wishes of CAIR I am sure 24 will revert to it’s simplistic formula, the bad guys will be white Christian extremists who are the evil perpetrators.

If this is in fact the case, you have lost me, my family and a vast majority of your viewing audience. I seriously doubt that the vocal minority of Muslims who have complained will keep 24 on the air. Now that you have pandered to the vocal minority we hope you enjoy going to them for ratings because you will no longer get them from us.

Sincerely yours,

Dr. _ _ _ _ (Last name withheld because I, nor my family want to find ourselves tied up with rags in our mouths and our throats slit because we spoke the truth about Islam the “religion of peace”).

The source is Islam on line. This just might be an exaggeration of how much Fox accomadated the Islamics

Precisely!

The difference is Fox knows if we get upset, we just quit watching where CAIR members would kill them. Which would you choose?

I wonder how they could write their way out of it after Terrormom gave Terrorteen's girlfriend the poisoned Terrortea.

GRRRRRRR

I hate it when they chicken out!!

I guess our side didn't make enough phone calls and e-mails.

I doubt that they will change it too much since the plot and the scripts are pretty much written and in final planning by now.

Did they win anything at the GG last night?

Good letter.

I wonder how many are aware that here in Ohio, some urban highschools provide "prayer rooms" during Ramadan for use of Muslim students (during school hours), but our Christian students are not allowed to have such a luxury. ENOUGH!

Me too. Got hooked on it after the Football game last week and thought it "told it like it is!".

I'll watch tonight, but if Fox wimps I'm done.

did anyone see the "fake documentary" about a smallpox attack that was on one of the cable channels last week? Well, it was very good until they lead into the only clue left by the attacker. And that clue was a bible left in his hotel room opened to a certain verse. A bible, not a Koran. I stopped watching at that point.

That is nothing, a very prestigious prep school which was originally founded "to the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ" recently divested it's beautiful chapel of all references and signs of Jesus Christ and Christianity. It has become (with the full blessing and support of the "christian" chaplain) a pantheon to the gods with a brand new Muslim prayer room. Needless to say, God has left the building.

That makes sense, this is probably fox CYA for possible litigation. I have watched all 4 hours and will watch again in less than an hour. I will be adding CAIR on to my tagline however.

---"A May 2004 report released by the US Senate Office Of Research concluded that Arab Americans and the Muslim community in the US have taken the brunt of the Patriot Act and other federal powers applied in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks."---

Perhaps that's because most terrorists come from the Arab and Muslim communities.

And Fox is a collective coward for doing this.

At least it was a civil response. Sending in a suicide bomber to the fox studios might 're-enforce a bad stereotype'.

Whose fault is it that Americans don't know any Muslims? They aren't exactly a gregarious group of Kiwania's Club members. It's really tough to forget that they think we are infidels and their job is to convert us or kill us.

Actually, I imagine most of the show has already been put "in the can".

Free Republicans are masters of over-reaction and I am one of the prime practitioners of it.

If you really read the article, all Fox did was agree to run some lame public service announcement wherein Muslims will be proclaimed to be a religion of peace,

and we'll all go ... yeah, right.

I'm going to watch tonight [9:00EST] to see what goes down.

They can't completely cut the sleeper terrorists from the plot now...
