Sen. Murray exemplifies those decrepit generations who really and truly believe that love is something you buy, respect is something you rent, and character can be marked down as an after-holiday sale item.
Surely no one – certainly not a U.S. senator – could be that stupid...
But Matthew Felling, media director for the Center for Media and Public Affairs in Washington, D.C., thinks Murray's remarks are not getting attention because they largely were correct.

The reelection of Patty Murray proves how many "yellow dog democrats" there are in Western Washington because there isn't much more yellow or dog like of a candidate as Murray and yet she won.

my mil is not a yellow dog Democrat, she is just ignorant and silly and not very well read.....
she also fell for the the ongoing anti-George Nethercutt spiel about not sticking to his three terms like he supposedly said he was....
like, you can't change your mind....
I believe that there are a lot of MY mil types out there, sadly...

Thanks for the links. She actually is the SB in tennis shoes. I saw her once on CSPAN in some committee hearing and she has trouble forming sentences. She really is dumber than a rock.

Thanks for the links. She actually is the SB in tennis shoes. I saw her once on CSPAN in some committee hearing and she has trouble forming sentences. She really is dumber than a rock.
They did consider giving Patti Murray a brain transplant. However, they found that she had too high a level of anti-intelligence antibodies, the new brain would be rejected (almost instantly).

I agree that Patty Murray is the second dumbest Senator. The dumbest is Mark Dayton (D-Minn.) who bought his seat with Target money. On second thought, maybe it's a tie. Maria Cantwell, Washington's other Dim Senator, may be in the running, but the last time she seems to have opened her mouth was when she was sworn in. So it's hard to judge.
The next question is, "Which state has the dunbest voters?"
