New Hampshire is putting their money where their mouth is - they are making official moves to get the U.S. out of the (endlessly corrupt) United Nations - ping.
============================================
Whereas, these (United Nations) responsibilities create an immense burden on the citizens of this country, many of whom are in need and living in poverty themselves; and

This won't pass, but thanks Rep. Russ Albert of Rochester, New Hampshire for submitting it to the NH House.
Russ is a 3 time purple heart recipient (Korean conflict) and a member of the Strafford County Republican delegation.
Good work Russ.

We have to start Banging on the doors of Congress and the White House!! We may have to make a trip to Washington to get this job done!! Get the US Out of the UN and the UN out of the US.
End all treaties and agreements, as they should be Illegal and Unconstitutional. No one has the right, permission or the authority to negotiate away the Sovereignty of the United States or the Rights of it's Citizens!!

I would further venture to lead a committee of citizens that will raise funds to purchase a barge of sufficient size, that when moored on the west bank of the East River will be able to accommodate the entire UN building sawed off at its base with some room to spare.
Thence proceeding southbound under the Manhattan Bridge, The Stately Brooklyn Bridge, around the Battery to Liberty Island, it will stop temporarily and have the statue of liberty added to its cargo it will then proceed across the Atlantic to the coast of Normandy where both edifices will be ceremoniously rolled into the surf on Omaha Beach to lie forever below the cliff at the American Cemetary at Colleville-sur Mer.

It sounds great, but in practice it would be tremendously STUPID to give up our UN veto by leaving.
Such a bone-headed move would permit the Tallyrands of the world to outmaneuver the U.S. in global geo-politics; we'd find the international equivilent of union strikes against us as well as treaties that excluded us from certain types of trade...or that singled us out for tariffs.
It would also screw Israel, a nation that depends upon our UN veto to keep Europe, Asia, and the Middle-East from combining to wipe it out politically, economically, and even militarily.
Sometimes "feel good" politics make for bad policy.
If you want to kill the UN, then simply advocate the the U.S. veto *everything* that the UN wants. Grind that place to a halt.
But you can't do that if you've forfeited our veto by leaving.
