Per MSNBC
Wes Clark and Janis Karpinski = [evil] twins separated at birth!
BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Read all my posts. We don't agree on everything but at least we can talk! So far . . . heheh :-)
I would say, "kiss my ***," but that might be construed as a personal attack.
I like to think that I'm above using ad hominem arguments to make my point.
If you want to defend Graner, feel free. Most Americans recognize that what he did was both revolting and illegal. You're in the minority.
Being "bored" is NOT why GArnedr and his inner circle did what they did.
You don't have a problem with what he and his happy horde of pervert sickos did? REALLY?
Would YOU prostitute your girlfriend to your pals, because you were bored? How about putting on a sex-show for your ohhhhhhhh soooooooooooooo "bored" pals, instead of doing what you were supposed to be doing instead?
You're the one with some mighty big problems, kid.
The damage that he and the others that participated in this .... "whatever it was", utterly apart from the US Military or the US Government is irreversible and immeasurable in terms of the PR damage it did to our nation and way of life!!!
What branch of the service are/were you in?
I'm active duty myself, and let me assure you, there is UNIVERSAL condemnation in the Enlisted AND Officer ranks for what Graner and his merry band of sickos did. The Officers I know are, to a man, sickened by the dishonor brought to the "O" ranks by the Officers who SHOULD have been controlling their perverted dogs at Abu Graib.
You are acting foolish, ignorant, and silly. Until you actually have some knowledge of what went on there (and I read the entire Taguba Report, as have Poohbah, Steel Wolf, and others here), and Rush's "fraternity prank" Bravo Sierra is just that.
Knock it off.
That would not bother me any. At least it would mean that he would no longer be able to hurt others.
One thing about this Graner was found guilty and sentenced by his peers.
Good.
He did what he did, posed, had pictures taken and mailed and/or e-mailed the pictures to family and friends. Even sent pictures of naked detainees to his little children. Read all the different articles that are included in the link at post #141.
Yeah, that I'm a snappy dresser, and I have a few souviniers from Iraq. What did you bring back, Palladin?
Why am I not surprised that you don't have a prob with it/sarcsasm..
Bless their little bored hearts..THEY HARMED THEIR OWN MILITARY..The pictures are thrown in the faces of those soldiers who do their job right even when bored...Graner is perverted . His little S and M games and disobeying of orders about his girlfriend did not just get him and his buddies in hot water..
It hurt the innocent soldiers out there fighting and dying and doing their jobs...even when bored.
"Interesting--I was told the same thing by an O-6 who wound up getting relieved for cause and dismissed from the service."
Exactly!!!....they put their name on the dotted line...better be a s**t hot troop for he/she to put their ass on the line eh?
If you haven't read the Taguba Report, do so before shooting your mouth off.
WHat branch are you in?
Are you even out of high school,or are you just a case of arrested development?
The Geneva Convention doesn't cover common criminals.
Keep on digging...you'll NEVER get out of that hole. LOL
You don't read your own posts...do you ? LOL
True! :-)
