Is it not against the law for a US citizen to meet with foreign leaders and represent the US without specific permission from the president?

What the hell is this idiot doing the Hate America First Tour? To stay away from the ignaugeration..Can't stand the fact that someone so "inferior" to his "Patrician WEe-wee" superiority could beat him! So he is being comforted by talking to his REAL friends.....The world traitors (France, Islamic enemies, etc)Its sorta his '60-'s Flashback tour. You know stabbing troops in the back and embracing enemy.

Umm, technically, he is more than a citizen, he is an elected representative and can go on "fact finding" junkets to friendly countries.
And you pay for them.
Now, just what the heck he thinks he is going to achieve, other than stroking his own ego, I do not know.

Isn't he EVER going to show up for his elected job in the US Senate?
To: Radix
This is turning into a consoling tour for Kerry. At almost every stop he meets with someone who wanted him to win: "I'm sorry I lost."
"I'm sorry you lost, too."
* next stop *
"I'm sorry I lost."
"I'm sorry you lost, too."

Isn't it bad enough that EX-President Carter keeps sticking his fingers where they don't belong? Now we have to put up with a NON ELECTED senator traveling all around the world, trying (I guess) to make his life relevant.
sKerry is a TRAITOR and his VISA should be revoked. Let him stay in France.
