I mean...I believe that many could be dead.
But those Governments are so corrupt it would not suprise me.
Their Governments are not more corrupt than ours is!
It is a matter of perspective!
Indoneasia is in general not such a trustworthy country. Being the biggest muslim nation on earth I am sure jihadists are as common there as cockroaches (and no doubt jihadists in power there too). In addition to that they are in the middle of a civil war. Just recently they forbade armed troops. Why? well because they cannot accept the fact that their terrorist buddies would get shot.
Dead people don't need aid... What dead Islamic folks need is a fire extinguisher. (I don't believe I said that...)
