Not only that, there should be qualifiers, ex: must report to work in Senate more than 30% of time, must attend CIA country-breifings, etc.
Kerry has been absent from DC for so long that he has no clue what State Dept needs. We might as well send Sean Penn on a "fact-finding" mission instead.
Does he think "the chin" is what cost him the election?! He is so shallow and BTW, what is he doing galavanting all over the Middle East when he should be here doing his highly over-paid job as senator--oh, yeah! that's because he has NEVER done his job as a senator!
