Summer's around the corner folks and of course they are concerned about the low percentage of American tourists (aka Les Imbeciles) that has plagued France since 2002. "Les Imbeciles" are spending money, you see, and the people are not happy. They might not respect us as people, but they sure respect(and need) our deep pockets.

Like it or not, this is a major policy step for the French to not only acknowledge that there is something wrong, but that they are able to do something to help correct the situation.
