Code Pink Leader Medea Benjamin and another inaugural protest leader were on Laura Ingraham's radio show.

Second half hour of the second hour.

Show is played tape-delayed across the country.

I just caught the very end of the spot. Laura was asking the Medusa if the left had any new protest chants because the old ones have really lost it.

Medusa Benjamin said that she was hoping that Laura and her audience could use their creativity to provide some new chants for them.

If anyone heard the interview or listens to it tape delayed, I would appreciate hearing whether she went after Medea for her love of Saddam, Castro, all anti-American tyrants.

Also, do any FReepers have some suggested chants for the Medusa and her friends to use?

There is no reason to change the name to Medusa. Medea was a witch who betrayed her father for Jason, then later murdered her children to revenge herself on Jason; a perfect namesake for this type.

Laura Ingraham never spoke truer words, but I hate to see her give advice on this. Everyone in the nation has to experience active regurg reflex whenever they hear this drivel; and then they dismiss whatever is being said.

Anyone so uncreative as to go with "hey, hey, ho, ho" can't have had a new thought in the last century.

Honestly, who can take these whack-jobs seriously? Putting them on the air as Laura did only serves to advertise their looniness. I wonder I Medea Benjamin is aware of how many people she alienates with such an appearance? Much better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt!
