In exclusive deposition tapes obtained by NBC News, Condit speaks about his friendship with Levy. The tapes are part of an $11 million defamation lawsuit Condit has filed against Court TV anchor Dominic Dunne over some of his reporting in the Levy case.

mostly a rehash of what we have already seen. When Greta questioned Condit's lawyer, she was incredulous when asking him how he could claim that whether or not Condit had a sexual relationship with her, has no bearing on a possible motive for him regarding the dissapearance - which is what he is claiming Dunne fabricated. I cannot see how the judge can rule out that line of questioning, and still give Dunne a fair chance at defending himself. we shall see...
