I like Sean.
I guess there's no accounting for taste.
:-)
But for some real talk radio, go to www.warroom.com to the archives.
Quinn and Rose Morning Show (out of Pittsburgh)
They says it like it is!

People don't "become" a phoney, the world just gets wise to them.-----
Sounds a lot like an old wise saying! Very true!

That Amber Frey interview (TV) was pathetic. She was pathetic and Sean seemed like he was about to cry listening to her in sympathy. I don't hate Sean Hannity. He is probably a pretty good guy--someone I probably wouldn't mind having as a neighbor (heck I would be living in a really rich neighborhood then) but he can be annoying with his constant self-promotion. I've met and known people like him--when you talk to them, they aren't very interested about anything going on in your life.

Sean Hannity borrows alot from Rush's and other talk shows.
Many times I hear him echo what was said on previous shows.
Hannity likes to interview his "good friends". Lanny Davis is
no friend.

My SUV almost drove into a snow bank after I heard him say that. C'mon Sean. As much as a victim as Lacy and her unborn child. As much as a victim as Lacy's parents who lost a child and a grandchild. My antique '56 VW went into the woods on that bull!

I think Hannity is good. He just takes way too many callers. The call in portion of the talk shows are almost unbearable. I just cringe as they call in, one after another, making their inane and boring points. The rest are calling and telling Hannity how cool he is. His monologues are good. One of these hosts just needs to ditch the callers and have mostly monologue. Only have callers if they do something for the show besides fill time. I'd probably rather hear commercials than the mundane drivel that most of these callers spew.

It's a man's world Well, that doesn't explain all the male radio hosts out there who are far better than Hannity who don't get the recognition they deserve--
True but it is a factor.

One problem is that he is not well read or conversant on philosophy and political theory and in a real debate couldn't hold his own on anything. The guy decided to go on radio rather than college. What you get is the result. He is a parrot, just repeats what he hears and I am not sure he is capable of original though or opinion.Even though Sean is on the right side of things, I and most of my conservative friends ask the question....... "How in the world did he get where he is?" He has such a limited mind and that irritating nasal voice.

I think you hit on what my thoughts were better than I did. I don't dislike Mr. Hannity by any stretch. I just dislike most of the guest bits and some of the callers he takes that I presume Rush screens out. I think that Rush tries to maintain a higher civility with regard to callers.

Hannity is a part of media, so he isn't going to be too rough on them. Recall any of his interviews with media folk have always been softball.

Who wouldn't boink Amber any chance they have? I have to disagree w/ you there. Absolutely nothing about her is attractive to me. If I remember correctly, wasn't it her that even Larry Flynt wouldn't buy the naked pictures of, after he saw them?

How could Hannity be a "frat boy"? He never went to school.
