Page 163, troops! WOO-HOO! What's really interesting, though, is that neither the FR mention, nor the later reference to Little Green Footballs, bothers to discuss the single most damning aspect of the forgery, which is the famous "dissolve" between the CBS memo, and the identical one that was created in 2 minutes on a PC, using Word.
That alone absolutely shrieks "FRAUD, DAMMIT!!!" and yet it's not mentioned.

I'm still waiting to hear how you can authenticate a document from a copy.
To: Howlin
Hi Howlin, thanks for your part in this, too. Coming to the FR ball so I can shake your hand?

CBS says that Mapes ignored evidence that showed the report was bogus and told half-truths, per MSNBC.

I wish I could; I had already promised to stay with a relative who is having surgery before I knew it would be at the same time.
We'll be here online though!

I'm actually bordering on impressed with the CBS panel. I was too, until I read the part where they conclude that there was no political agenda behind the story. That blew it all for me.

It is amazing that today is also the day that earthlink spam spamblocker has decided that Freerepublic is a potentially dangerous and fraudulent Web site make it a real headache to read this site today.
Looks like this might be our last day with earthlink.
