NEW YORK--In a move designed to preserve the leagues image as a bastion of toughness and masculinity, the NFL has decided to place a cap on the gayness of touchdown dances. The flamboyant celebrations have grown extremely popular in recent years and, according to many around the league, have taken a sharp turn for the gay. Henceforth, all dances will be monitored by the league for sexually ambiguous content and those deemed too gay will result in a fine or suspension.

you think that is immature, you should see some of the tshirts at Ohio State Michigan games :)
there is one, not to get to graphic, that has one body on all fours with a Michigan head and a body behind that only on its knees with an Ohio STate head.
The ohio State head is punching the michigan head in the back of the head, giving a certain impression....its classic....
and tell me you didnt laugh when TO did his Ray "Double Homicide" Lewis impersonation....
To me, watching sport is entertainment. Sport is entertainment, period, unless you are participating. Quite frankly, if Mr. Moss had dropped trou, I wouldn't care. What would even be more entertaining would be watching the NFL and broadcast executives wringing their hands, while laughing all the way to the bank.
It'll end right after Super Bowl halftimes stop looking like rock concerts. (/sarc)
No, Veeck said "Winning isn't everything, filling the seats is everything!".
well maybe....
the NFL only really makes money on the playoffs as it is....but since everyone and their brother seems to watch the NFL playoffs, they will probably come down on Moss pretty hard for his antics...
To be honest I would rather have rock concerts than "Up With People"....
That actually ges back to Paul Brown. He collared a rookie who'd just scored and told him to "act like you've been there before".
What can we expect when these athletic "boys" are never treated or expected to grow into mature repectable responsible adults.
Most pro athletes are coddled and pampered over the course of their formative school years to becoming a pro athlete cash cow. Their bad behavior is basically encouraged by their handlers and lawyers. They've been literally trained to focus on "the game", nothing else matters.
"The NFL folks really have to much idol time on their hands."
idle ..... and idol worshipping
The best catcher in the league!
You are easily amused by junior high antics.
As long as they don't do away with The Lambeau Leap, I don't care what they do in the end zone.
Moss has been and will continue to be a totally classless act, but that doesn't excuse the fact that we (The Packers) played like amateurs yesterday. I feel Brett's pain. We need to open a can of Whoop-@ss on some of our own players, and our coach needs to be a coach and not the GM of the team as well.
That is all. :)
bttt
I miss the days when the BB player missed his foul shot he was able to shoot the second without having the entire team come over to give him emotional support.
Moss has always been and will continue to be a classless player.
Let the Queens go to Philly and get beat. Guess I'll have to pull for Philly to win. Ouch did I just say that. I have to choose between the two teams I despise the most. Yikes!
In the end I hope the AFC team wins the S.B.
