I am extremely concerned that one of more of these individuals could very easily be an Al-Queda operative and could bring a bomb or bombs onto the parade route. I think for purposes of public safety, their permits should be revoked and they should be directed to demonstrate at, say, RJK stadium parking lot.

I don't want to focus on a "bad" topic, but I sometimes really get worried about these people. Keep saying "Bush is Hitler" loudly and repeatedly, and some kook might actually take it to heart.
