A gator-freighter, huh? LOL My oldest son's father was on the Guam for a tour...he complained about how old the ship was...they had serious problems with their boilers. I never got to serve on a ship, though. I had orders to the Kennedy, but they switched them to a joint tour instead, and then I ended up overseas.
Ah well. So, a BM...no wonder I like you. :)
The GUAM? She was ported right across from my ship on pier 14 for MONTHS!
