Why hasn't Osama bin Laden's terror network executed an attack on U.S. soil since 9-11?
Simple, says Dr. Jack Wheeler, creator of an acclaimed intelligence website dubbed "the oasis for rational conservatives": The U.S. has threatened to nuke the Muslim holy city of Mecca should the terror leader strike America again.
On his website, To the Point, Wheeler explains how the Bush administration has identified the potential of wiping Mecca off the map as bin Laden's ultimate point of vulnerability – the Damoclean Sword hanging over his head.

Well, I expect this will be posted at least a dozen times, as most nonsense from WingNutDaily is.
Anyway, this Dr. Jack Wheeler guy is just shilling for subscribers.
You'll note evidence for his claim is essentially non-existent.
Can't rule out that a back-channel message was sent to Bin Laden telling him that he can kiss Mecca good-bye in the event of another 9-11 (or worse) type attack...
Some Moslems themselves have proposed a similar thing many centuries ago. It wouldn't do much one way or the other.
Anyone who really thinks the Bushies would even consider this is nuts.

Bin Laden's goal is to cause an uprising of muslims across the world to overthrow their pro-western governments and establish a muslim empire dominated by wahhibi teachings.
I can think of nothing that would further that cause than if the United States destroyed Mecca.
You wouldn't expect the super secret neocon cabal that actually runs things to leave any evidence, would you?
It's a good thing we have Dr. Jack to figure all this out for us.
