That seems to be getting more common all the time. People vote Republican till the day they die! Then.....

"I assume the Times is also in the pocket of the Dems."

That would be a correct assumption. The local media coverage of this election debacle - especially the editorials - has been shameful and down-right embarrasing.

Obviously she knew it was wrong or she wouldn't have called to ask if it was okay. I think they need to send a very strong message throughout WA state and prosecute (yes even senior citizens, regardless of political affiliation)these cases of abuse, voting is important and we should not turn are eyes from this fraud.

"...She said she had power of attorney for her 92-year-old husband, who was blind."

A Power of Attourney is only valid while the person is alive.

Here's one furious American. The blatent disregard for the rule of law in the Lautenberg affair in New Jersey brought me to FR. This stinks just as badly.

Pubbies seem to understand that if there is no rule of law, there is no functioning society. Dems might as well turn off all the traffic signals and see how well we cope. Same goes for cheating Pubbies....bust them too, it's just that liberals think they are the annointed ones who make laws for others to obey.

"Washington needs a re-vote"

My guess is that it will happen.

"Voting by dead people isn't always a scam"
Yeah, Only when they don't vote Democrat. I noticed the lead paragraph cited a Republican scamming the vote.

Noticably absent is the ratio of D to R votes, that occurred.

From the KOMO-TV website:

Democrats on Thursday said they believe a revote would violate the state constitution, which requires that the governor be elected at the same time as legislators.

The Democrats just stepped in it. If there is a revote for governor, there could also be a revote in all legislative contests. If public opinion continues to boil over about this, a revote would not only produce Gov. Rossi but a Republican legislature too.

Clearly, "voting" is a high priority among Democrats.

Revote:

Ain't gonna happen.

She'll get sworn in and act like she's Gods gift to Washington. Like we were all lost sheep, till she came along and saved us.

Cripes, at least Locke stayed somewhat out of the limelight. This broad really scares me. Boeing gone first, Gates will probably follow them.

I think you might be mistaken. Its the only way the dems will be able to save face. As long as the fraud evidence pans out, that is.

<> So, who is going to send this idiot a dictionary? Voting for someone else (who happens to be dead) isn't FRAUD? Fraud only occurs when there is a "concerted effort to change an election"-- so does fraud only occur when Huennekens thinks it is "concerted"? Do NOT let these monsters get away with it.

See - it's only fraud if there is some sort of conspiratorial effort. Or if a single voter voted twice for Rossi.. that would be fraud.

Proves once again, all they need do is control those who COUNT the votes. Not those who actually vote.

It's shameless.

Interesting. That's two days in a row that the very liberal Seattle P-I has published long articles casting doubt on Gregoire's legitimacy.

Something unusual is at work here. Normally they would be helping to smooth things over for the leftists.
