If depriving the Muslims of their rights ensures that we keep OUR rights, it is more than justified.

They have to swear to support the US over Islam, and if there is any indication they are lying, or will not live up to this oath they will be deported.
Eventually, the "good" Muslims will be "encouraged" to convert.

Now Nesher will jump up and down and say they are not "true" muslims, since they are not following the teachings of the Iman that HE believes is true, but I think they won't care about his rantings too much and just go on with their lives.
