Politics: The Democrats should be in the middle of a vital debate over their disastrous performance in national elections in recent years. So what do they do? They continue to fight lost battles.

Losing a major election is usually a time to reflect on your strengths and, more important, your weaknesses. For Democrats, this seems now to be impossible. Their recent behavior will doom them to more electoral failure, and even possible irrelevance.

Rush perfectly summed up the state of the modern democrat party yesterday: "If they see a pile of excrement, they run over and step right in it".

"If they see a pile of excrement, they run over and step right in it".

Yesterday's performance in Congress by the democrats was the equivalent of lighting a bag of crap at your house and ringing the door bell.

The best example of this is Republican's debating themselves about the Intelligence Czar. The demos just pointed to the infighting and never took a side and I realized, the seeds of the two new parties are in the GOP.
But it'll take like 20 years to mature, however.
The DNC is dead.

I remember when a prominent Democrat was on C-SPAN's call in show and admitted he could no longer deny the fact that Bill Clinton had lied to the American people, committed perjury, and abused his office.

When asked if he would vote form Impeachment, he said:

"Sure! And I'll become a Republican right wing crazy, worship some mythical God and denounce all morality and science too!"

Just contemplate that statement for a moment. You cannot reason with people like this.

That was great. And so was the mention of Jean Francois, who while he was on foreign soil, with our troops, and in a war zone, bashed the CinC. And attempted to undermine the future of democracy in Iraq.

American Blacks should be ashamed of their leaders...

Did you happen to hear Maxine Waters on Fox News yesterday? They asked her for her opinion of what was going on in Congress, and she started right in on what one could only call an insane rant on 9-11 and Bush.

The commentator and the opposing person (can't remember who it was) were stunned and embarassed, but they just let the crazy woman keep on ranting. It was amazing to behold.

Yeah, all 200,000 people in the U.S. who still watch/read the legacy media are now misinformed. Poor babies!
