An atheist who sued because he did not want his young daughter exposed to the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance has filed another lawsuit -- this time with other parents.
Michael Newdow won his case more than two years ago before a federal appeals court, which said it was an unconstitutional blending of church and state for public school students to pledge to God.
In June, however, the Supreme Court dismissed the case, saying Newdow could not lawfully sue because he did not have custody of his elementary school-aged daughter and because the girl's mother objected to the lawsuit.

This loser never gives up. We should file a class action suit against him and his organization and bankrupt the scumbag.

May he keep on suing until he's broke.

"This loser never gives up."
I've yet to meet a socialist who does. Remember; he's not being ultrusitic in any way, shape or form. It's all about "Me, me, me!"

Its always funny to see an athiest devote their time to the isssue of God. He spends so much time denying His exsistence, he never gets away Him.

I'd love to be at Michael Newdow death bed.
I'd just whisper in his ear, "Wormfood"

Has this idiot ever looked at the U.S. currency? How can an atheist accept money when he doesn't believe in it?

Take him before the Bar Association for Barristry and get his license to practice law pulled. Hopefully there's a criminal injunction that would go along with that that would cause his medical license to get pulled to on conviction.

One would think he learned, after the trashing he received a month or so ago on Hannity and Combs. Take Back America? He was on the show, and he didn't receive a good reception, let me tell you! I loved it! The audience boo'd him. heh!

Well the Supreme Court did dodge the issue by their decision, and will have to face up to it this time maybe. I pray that they will make the right decision.

""unconstitutional blending of church and state""
Separation of Church and State does not exist. It is not in the constitution!
We cannot have an establishMent OF religion. For example, England has the national "Church of England", Germany had or has The "Lutheran Church." The Catholic Church is also an establishment of religion.
We may not institute (or respect) a specific branch of religion. "Congress shall make no law...."
This country was founded under GOD. We the people derive our power from God.

If the High Court votes in favor of this loser then it's time for Congress to get into the act and make sure the people's voice is heard.

I saw him on H&C and this guy just craves attention, any kind of attention. He is the classic "Look at me, look at me" kind of person and has some obvious inadequacy problems.

It's beyond me how anyone could be an atheist and not lose control of all sanity. To me hell would be living here on earth believing that after our bodies were dead, we would be extinguished forever, never again to think or experience.
