"....the Philadelphia city prosecutor in the case, Charles Ehrlich, attacked the defendants as "hateful" and referred to preaching the Bible as "fighting words," a characterization, the law group says, with which Judge Meehan agreed...."

Before a trial begins, the 'judge' has already decided quoting the Word of God, upon which he swore his oath of office, is 'hateful' and consisted of words sodomites consider 'fighting words'.

Every living and breathing Christian knows same gender sex is an abomination according to the Holy Trinity!!!

Check out.....Repent America

Where's the hear-no-evil-see-no-evil-speak-no evil American Conference of Roman Catholic Bishops, when you need them to do the one thing they have a duty to do - defend the Sacred Bible- from Christian hating judges like of Judge William Austin Meehan ?!?!?!?

Clinton. Bush. There is no difference. Government's attack on Christian America goes on unchecked no matter which party controls government. Two political parties. Same agenda. They all go to a church, but actions have always spoken louder than words. They shrug their collective shoulders, as though helpless to stop the attack, all the while their appointed agents cut the throat of religion in America.

The pretender American and Vatican 'leadership' of the Roman Catholic Church is supportive of homosexuals. Their silence born in hell.

Protestant America appears to be more concerned about protecting their tax-exempt status than shouting to the rooftops about the atheistic control of government, which is incrementally padlocking Christian belief from God Almighty as 'hateful'. Satan is determined to erase Christianity - to blot out basic principles upon which our great country was founded.

Silence by those who have a duty to God to speak out - to demand the government abandon its shameful attack on God fearing men and women who stood up to redeem homosexuals from their path to eternal damnation - that insidious silent surrender in the face of evil is a defeat of our cherished Christian American heritage.

Lastly, orthodox Jewish America fails to understand that an attack on the Christian Bible is also an attack on the Torah.

Jesus taught respect for the Old Law. Christians have the same reverence for the Books of Jewish Prophets as they do the Books written by His chosen Apostles who witnessed the works and teachings of Christ Jesus. An attack on Christian beliefs is inextricably an attack on the Jewish faith.

If convicted, they could get a maximum of 47 years in prison

The courts would give a lesser sentence if they assaulted or killed someone.

Dont think that Bush will do anything to protect or defend these Christians. Rumsfeld complies with an ACLU order to remove the boy scouts from meeting on Air bases and Powell believes that Kofi is the best thing since sliced bread. Bush is an eletist and believes that he is above this.

Ping to Pyro.

If true, than this is much more dangerous than I thought.

If true, then Christians need to start the frame work for an underground.

Next year in the catacombs?

The wag in me is tempted to say that they are either on Christopher Street in NYC, or in the Castro district of SF.

But in all seriousness, they have long ago compromised with an agenda which is inimical to Catholic faith and morals - and to NOT speaking out agaist abominations such as this.

I can assure you that our "Bishops" will do nothing to speak up for the laws of God in any way - and certainly not if they were to risk their cushy lifestyles, money and social status. But we have known that for some years now, as most of the US Bishops are in material heresy, and by their words and actions have shown that they have apostacised from the faith.

The only "real" Bishops we have had are the good, ostracised ones like the late Austin Vaughn of NY - who was arrested numerous times for protesting in front of abortuaries. who card naught for the opinions of his confrers.......only for that of Christ.

He truly "walked the walk - and talked the talk".

The DA's office must have been on drugs. Time for the U.S. Dept. of Justice to intervene, by investigating the violation of civil rights of these individuals.

This is an outrage! Anyone from the U.S. Attorney's, office who recommended to police that they should violate the rights of Christians, should be fired and prosecuted for civil rights violations!!!

Most Christians in America have yet to come to the realization that they are in a fight for their very survival.

They either can't imagine or can't accept the fact that survival is at stake. Maybe they think that they will be persecuted, harrassed and that it will end there. It doesn't.

To make matters worse, they seem to think that fighting for their survival is somehow an un christian thing to do.

What a lovely country we now live in (at least, in certain "blue" areas).

Militant, nasty, filthy, obscene, violent fags can get away with murder. Christians at the same event get arrested.

May God have mercy on this country.........but darned if I know why He should any more.
