Then you will die.

Christians are being exterminated by the hundreds daily worldwide as we speak and yet Americans do nothing.

Maybe the US courts would rule it favoring one religion over the other if you tried to save Christians from being murdered and raped by Muslims. LOL

Pathetic.

I wouldn't doubt that. Buddhist monks would probably do more to stand up for themselves than modern American Christians. Half "don't really believe all that Bible stuff anyway" and the other half think the Rapture is coming tomorrow so there is no need to do anything.

Our local radio station (790 WAEB) is going to pick this story up. We are about 50 miles north of Philly in the Lehigh Valley. Has anyone heard Rush or Hannity talk about this? I swear Rush has been silenced by the homo lobby.

Drobot, that's a good point, I'm going to call someone in The Church about this.

Time for the U.S. Dept. of Justice to intervene.

Given the article, doesn't seem to be likely.

If you haven't realized yet that your Christianity is in danger I don't know what to say.

This from the Philly Outfest site,'about us' page.

Philly Pride Presents is as about as grassroots of an organization as you can get, and duly proud of it. Philly Pride is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its meetings are the first Saturday of every month and are open to the public. It makes a public accounting of its funds to the community after each event. Its coordinators are elected by all community members present at their meetings. The organization has registered trade names of Philly Pride Presents and OutFest.

So their meetings are open to the public but their events held on public property aren't? Or only if you're a Christian who quotes scripture? I think we can see what's going on here, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

One thing that really burns me in addition to the arrests is that the judge has barred them from evangelizing within 100 yards(or is it feet?) of any homosexual event. I'd like to know how in the world he can justify that order. Guess we know the answer to that too.

What the police officer,DA ,etc should do is predicated on
what is PC.Even Law in America to day is bound -not by what is written-but by who is interpreting and has the armed force to enforce.Inthose days there was no king in Israel, and everyman did what was right in his own eyes.
We have arrived at the final verse in the Book of the Judges.

This is an outrage! Anyone from the U.S. Attorney's, office who recommended to police that they should violate the rights of Christians, should be fired and prosecuted for civil rights violations!!!

I'm wondering if the cops held their noses and did this - because if they didn't those gay attorneys would probably turn around and get some real criminals off to make the cops' lives miserable.

Maybe they think that they will be persecuted, harrassed and that it will end there. It doesn't. To make matters worse, they seem to think that fighting for their survival is somehow an un christian thing to do.

Well I agree that many don't realize it could get as bad as it was during WWII for the Jews, but even if they do, the Bible says it will happen... so even if we do fight it, we're kind of doomed to be part of the fulfillment of prophecy in any case (imo). HOWEVER -- that isn't the end of the story, as we all know...

The ethnic intimidation charge stems from Pennsylvania's "hate crimes" law – to which the newest "victim" category of "sexual orientation" was recently added.

Need we say more? This sh!t needs to be overturned NOW!

We (the Philadelphia 4) had to show up in court on Wednesday jan. 5 to find out when our court date was scheduled for. I, and another of our group had to drive all the way from VA. Once we got there, the court tells us they haven'y set the date yet and we will have to come back next week. Philly is just jerking us around at this point. On Jan. 12, we will find out when the trial will be.

I'm keeping the latest updates posted on our site at:

Hopefully, by the PA Supreme Court, since it's a clear violation of freedom of speech and religious expression. The law itself is unconstitutional.

According to the Justice Department employee, who spoke on the condition of anonymity,

I don't like it when the MSM relies on anonymous sources. And we shouldn't lap it up when WND does the same.

If convicted, they could get a maximum of 47 years in prison

The courts would give a lesser sentence if they assaulted or killed someone
