Stephen is being interviewed LIVE about the HUGE scandal, discussing the fraud, scandal and the likelihood of revote, etc....
God Bless Sharkansky and may judgment soon fall on the DemoRATS
Ok I get it. DemocRATS are in control of everything up there, and nobodys going to do anything about it. But one final question for anybody in Washington. When things got really crazy here with Grey Davis ''tripling'' our car registrations for his mishandling of the budget, and numerous other scandals, we here in California had the power to recall him . After Gregoire becomes governor do the people of Washington have a similar law on the books when the high crimes and misdameanors of this fraudelant elections are finally exposed?
Someone else said that to get a Republican in will take a several percent win on the first ballot. I believe that's true.
Cant remember where I read it...but it apparently has to be more than poor decisions. The writer said that it was a much higher standard of "poor performance" than in CA.
To recall a governor evidence of malefesience has to be presented to a court. They have to agree, then there have to be signatures equal to something like 35% of the last election - something like 1 million (wherever I read this info said that the most signatures ever gathered was 660K). Then it could go on a ballot.
Everyone who writes like they know the statute seems to think it's practically impossible to recall once they're sworn in.
I think that's probably true. Either that or the candidate for some reason has to be close in King county - at least no worse than 55%D/45%R. That seems near impossible with Seattle dominating King County:(
I saw the best bet now is let Gregoire go in...then watch the Seattle Schools default and head to state control. Then you can pin that whole fiasco on the Democrat machine. Run Rossi against Maria "I spammed you from RealNetworks" Cantwell and win a sympathy win.
Of course, I am from LA....but that is the way I see it playing out.
