Frontier settlement on the Moon might be a lot like frontier settlement in the American West in the 19th century if we work hard at it. I project that the Moon may be home to the same kinds of larger-than-life archetypes like those who sold colonization of the West to so many in Buffalo Bills Wild West Show and the Davy Crockett musical. Before we get to lunar cowboys, lets look at lunar hotels.

Seems to me it would be more like Alaska during the gold rush, except with bigger suits.
