Nearly all of the discrepancy is due to "provisional ballots".

Didn't the the Federal Supreme Court throw out "provisional ballots" from the 2004 election.

Some of these are homeless individuals, who are entitled by statute to register at government buildings.

Okay, I don't have a home in King County, or anywhere in the state. Technically, that makes me "homeless", at least as far as King County and the state are concerned (I don't have a home, there). So can I register to vote and list my addy as being at the King County board of elections building, or some other government building? If so, can I vote in an election there?

If so, sounds like all the more reason for Rossi to seek a re-vote. I'm sure we can drum up a couple of hundred FReepers to do this and whittle Gregoire's "lead" down to nothing.

It's really amazing, the Dems are always screaming the 2000 Election was "stolen" from them (with no proof)...now it looks like they are the ones who actually are committing voter fraud to enable their candidate to "steal" the Governorship. How rich!

I keep hearing that there is a provision where any citizen can challenge the election. What would happen if 1 or 2 hundred thousand put in a formal challenge aledging fraud in King County?

Come to think of it, it was the Democrats who tried to steal the 2000 Presidential election and we had to live through 4 years of relentless claim of conspiracy and illegitimacy.

I believe your chart has some problems with data in columns. You could correct it and post it as a comment, or ask the mods to redo it for you.

Why do you people who care live in such a shit-hole? Move. Let the remainder run themselves aground. You can always go back and re-colonize at a cut rate.

Where's John Conyers when you need him? Instead of wasting his time "contesting" Ohio's results, he should be looking into the obvious irregularities in King County.

The problem, of course, is that there is nobody in Washington who will do anything about the brazen corruption. "Law enforcement" in Washington is (obviously) as corrupt and crooked as the rest of Washington's Democrat government. These animals know where their bread is buttered, and anyway, somebody likely has lots of dirt on them. Oh well.....
