That gets my vote! BTW, lowbridge, did I tell you I got a 419 letter from the Widow Arafat? Really!
I also got one from a guy who claimed he suffered a "fatal accident." I'll post them if you want to see them.

I think the best was the thread about 'al baby' and how his beeber was stuned in Tiajunna.

A few years back there was "How have we become a nation of Dumbies?"
And there was the "Don't ping Arthur McGowan."
Brutal.

I know it wasn't this year, but I'm in tears right now thinking about poor Arthur McGowan starting a thread asking people to stop pinging him and then, well, I'm sure you know what happened....

I agree that the Caption Kerry threads had me in stitches. The funniest one in my opinion was the one of him riding the $5000 designer bike, while wearing lycra bike shorts and that totally stupid-looking daisy pull on his bike jersey..... Then again, the thread of Kerry wearing that green Tyvek suit at the NASA visit (eerily looking like a time-warp from the sperm scene in the Woody Allen movie ;-) was hilarious too!

I do agree with your suggestion of "Post your girlieman photos of Kerry" thread. Twas fine, indeed.

I kinda like this one. I mean, the Democrats really played the "straight man" for us.

And if you'll excuse me for plugging a minor achievement in my otherwise rather mediocre life, post #40 to that thread was the most reproduced post on FR in 2004, both on FR on and on the Internet.
To: Charles Henrickson; Petruchio; T'wit; Squantos
I don't ever remember seeing this one anywhere on FR during the last year. Is this a new version of the Singing Senators? (Sens. Glenn, Graham, Kerry, 4th on the right I don't recognize off hand). Great costume idea :-).

Sheesh, there went practically my whole morning, wasted on nothing but laughing, giggling, snorting and chortling.

I agree that the Caption Kerry threads had me in stitches. ...the one of him riding the $5000 designer bike...that totally stupid-looking daisy pull on his bike jersey....Kerry wearing that green Tyvek suit at the NASA visit... was hilarious too!Absolutely, hands down, some kind of lifetime award should go to all the Kerry team threads from last year.
Kerry snowboarding with his dangling daisy...and then this picture in which some forgotten Freeper said he looked like
an AGING LESBIAN....LOL!
Then came Kerry's "The family has the SUV" comment. He said he had an old Dodge or something. I can't find the thread, but Freepers found hysterical pictures of old Dodges and then TV stations started going around to all Kerry's mansions and filming the SUV's in the various garages.
Then we had the thread on Kerry's butler, Marvin.
Then came the biking photos...with color coordinated bike, water bottle, shirt and helmet
...LOL!
Runway football photos were priceless...as were the soccer threads.
Nasa sperm suits.
Christmas in Cambodia---magic hat threads.
Orange skin
Windsurfing
Camouflage goose-hunting gear.
Mary Cheney gaffe.
I won't even try to point to one particular thread. But, as fuel for Freeper humor, the overall award HAS to go to Kerry/Tereza/Edwards for the best belly laughs of the year.
