Chris Vance, state Republican party chairman, said officials will decide whether to challenge the recount results after studying the voter rolls from King County, a Democratic stronghold that includes Seattle.
"We're mostly posing questions," he said. "King County is where we saw the votes changing. King County is the one county that was allowed to take ballots that were declared dead in November and bring them back to life in December."
Democrats accused the Republicans of being on "a fishing expedition" and urged them to concede or risk damaging Rossi's political future by dragging out an election already eight weeks old.

NOT REPORTED: The news media may have evidence of fraud. Here is a portion of an email I received from a friend and freedom fighter over at
PullOnSupermansCape
"Rossi campaign requested and I supplied an original capture of the Gregoire 'blank ballot' that I posted in November"
The capture being referring to is from a
KING 5 News Report.
ALSO NOT REPORTED: Links to the GOP
Public Disclosure Act (PDA) requests.

Hypocrisy is fundamental to liberalism.

It's getting messy. And the Dems could've avoided this if they had simply abided by the second machine recount. It wasn't until the hand recount and the last county, King County, when it really started to change.

Can a judge (State or Federal) declare the election a draw and order a new election day, ie Ukraine?.......
To: Texas_Jarhead
Isn't it nice that they are so concerned about the damage to Rossi's political future? They are such a selfless lot. -- sarcasm off --

If a state court is presented with evidence that incompetence or fraud caused the result of an election to be wrong, the court has the authority to annul the election. The legislature would decide the conditions of the revote.

In this context, it takes two to make a process drag out for eight weeks or more.
How will this not also risk damaging what'shernames's political future?

I bet the MSM wish they had never shot that footage now. Next time they will be more careful in their reporting.

There are so many good sites out there that are doing the job the MSM won't. It's great to see. Makes it harder for evidence to be swept under the rug, distorted or covered up. This is an election that, prior to the bloggers and Internet, would have been swayed by the old media.

My wife's grandmother used to work for a small Nevada county. She was involved in the elections, and she said that crooked ballot counters would hide a pencil lead under their fingernails to scratch ballots, mainly to disqualify an opposing candidate. Looks like the same thing is happening here.

If Gregoire becomes governor, she HAS no future, methinks.
WA is moving rightward as of late. This will only push it further in that direction.

In VA you use a heavy black felt tip marker. AFTER, you verify who you are with two photo ID's AND they check the register list to verify you registered.

I hate to disagree, but I have to.
Gov. Gregoire will have both houses of the state legislature in the hands of her party, so she'll be able to do whatever she pleases. Her first priorities, I believe, will be the implementation of a state income tax and a large increase in social spending.
She will have the state's MSM on her side.

It's great to see the shift away from socialist control. WA was not always controlled by nutballs. When logging communities were destroyed the decline in moral values began.
