I saw an article about this last night and from your article this is what I found interesting:
"It is unclear how the carbon dioxide leaked and why Edgar was assisting the delivery employee from the Stuart-based NuCO2, a company that specializes in making the gas that carbonates soda."

Thanks for the insightful posts. I am in total agreement we also have a learning curve, and knowing our capabilities, I pray it is an advanced scale compared to that of the terrorists. I have faith in our military strategists and hope the suggestions coming from the battlefield are speedily evaluated and incorporated into their planning.
When TV networks (such as CBS) award prizes to people like Michael Moore for their tasteless degrading of our country, its President and our troops, we can be assured the media is an obstacle in this war that is hellbent on inciting the very people who want to destroy us. Additionally, their biased reporting is reflected in foreign news stories and affects our status within the world's eyes, which ultimately affects our financial markets. I'd like to see the military (and other coalition troops) use its/their own reporters and put a stop to the left-leaning leaks that are waylaying war efforts.

Good morning. The NTSB and officials are quite sure the accident was caused by human error. It's going to be difficult for the men responsible to live with this.
80 people of the 5,400 evacuees were allowed to go home. Pet retrieval has begun...only for those pets outside their homes.
The leak is being sealed by a company the railroad hired and the chlorine in the other tanks is being drained off into new tanks.
The officials are feeling like they have a handle on the crisis and getting it under control.
