OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - Washington state's Supreme Court has ruled that hundreds of belatedly discovered ballots should be counted in the extremely close governor's race.

I presume this means military ballots too?
There has to be more in ballots in the state of WA than there are residents.
It's a victory for Democrats -- who say their candidate, Christine Gregoire, already has the narrowest of leads after a hand-recount. That lead could widen with the newly-discovered ballots.

Recall Christine Gregoire.
This reeks to high heaven.
~sigh~
Of course not.
Corrections of mistakes by King County elections officials are allowed, unless they are likely Rossi voters.
The Republicans need to MAKE them rule on military votes.
They had an "Orange" revolution in the Ukraine. What color should the GOP use?
You mean Gray Davis, right?
Yes, she should be recalled. It's a little harder in Washington, but not as hard as some people are suggesting.
This was the Democrats' fall-back position in case Gregoire didn't win the hand-picked, uh, I mean, hand recount. Now they're going to say "she won even without these votes, so quit complaining, and we get to count them anyway, the Democrat-filled court SAID so."
Washington state is as blue as Rhode Island now.
Why weren't these ballots counted in the first place?
Well, so it goes... Still, all should be on their guard. These ballots represent a lot of situations... they still need to be qualified before they should just be counted as valid.
Red, of course
I'm sure the same DUmmies that are convinced Bush "stole" Ohio are condemning their party for clearly attempting to steal the race in Washington. /sarcasm
Red is my favorite color and it's high time we on the right take it away from the communists.
