I'd also add that, in my opinion, the California system is better, as it provides a real means of getting corruption out of government.

Yep. But instead of blaming the lying cheating dems, who were a given from the beginning, I'm blaming myself and other WA Repubs for not working harder to get people to the polls. And that especially includes freepers. If every freeper in WA had personally loaded up his/her car with handicapped/senior/disinterested Repubs and driven them to polling places, we would have won this thing. Not me. I'm blaming the lying cheating dems. Remember Ballot 81.

I'm glad that the MSM is all over this WA situation! The Today Show, CBS News, ABC News, CNN, Washington Post, NY Times, Russert, Olbermann, Matthews, Mike Wallace, etc. all in WA to cover this vote fraud that is helping the Dem. Thank goodness for the MSM!
Dream sequence concluded.

Why should we give a sh*t about whether a state that voted for Kerry screws itself with a Democrat governor? I mean, let them suffer with what they tried to impose upon the rest of us

SCOTUS wouldn't touch the Lautenberg scam in New Jersey. I doubt that they will touch this one either. A central function of the USSC is to resolve conflicts in judicial decisions that appear in federal judicial districts. If any of this gets appealed to a federal district court and there is a conflict with decisions at that level, I think the USSC would be very willing to step into it.

I hope this backfires on the Dem's and King County in particular.

From now on, prior to election day, Republicans need to make up and set aside a thousand ballats to be "found" in case its a close election.

How is it that one out of three beats two out of three? It's the last man standing rule. Not, Where is the truth? But, Who can garner / create / find more ballots among the votes where chain of custody has been broken, etc.
If the outcome of the final *count* changes the outcome, I believe the former winner / current loser can challenge the results -- that may be what sends it to the (in this case, democrat-controlled) legislature.

"Following in the footsteps of the Florida Supreme Court. Unfortunately the US Supreme Court won't touch this one." One needn't appeal to the Supremes. Their precedent in Bush v. Gore should be enough for a low level Federal judge to invoke the U.S. Constitution over the Washington State Constitution.

I agree, the fix has been in from the beginning...
But to have the Supreme Court shove my nose in it is an indignity I will not soon forget
I will note the three absentees and campaign accordingly....
Merry Christmas to all

What we need to do is form an new Legislature and Executive and expell Kink County from the State. They could be called New Quebec or something.
