I haven't seen reliable stats which would confirm your assertion at all about the bluck of the home school and Christian school people being categorized as post millenial.

that's an honest gotcha. i was talking on the basis of my personal experience, personal conversations, rather than citing any rigorous statistics. as a rule, home-schooling families tend to be more thoughtful, deliberate, and savvy than their moloch-feeding peers. therefore, more likely to be post-mil calvinists. otoh, many christian schools are started by pre-mil baptist congregations, whose efforts i salute.

I just believe!

I also read this.

Most Jews and Christians are been taught to recognize the messiah as one that will bring peace. Though, ultimately this is indeed VERY true, there will be a long process of destruction and clean-up before he will achieve the peaceful world (if I understand correctly, it will take about 7 years). For that reason, many people will assume him in the beginning to be an enemy and will join the war against him.

My main concern when I was going to Israel back in 1994 was to warn as many Israelis as possible regarding this very issue. Unfortunately, many Israelis will fell into this trap.

** Ironically, it is the false messiah that will come 7 years previously and will appear to make peace. This is because he will NOT fight evil and therefore will appear to be a peaceful one. Most Jews and Christians will accept him as the true Messiah. This deception will be fatal for so many people. This is another issue that was important for me to warn Israel about. **

Don't expect them to sway naysayers!

But... I DO!

For you see; I was once one of those 'naysayers'!

Romans 10:8-17
 8.  But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,"  that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming:
 9.  That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
 10.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
 11.  As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."
 12.  For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile--the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him,
 13.  for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
 14.  How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
 15.  And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
 16.  But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?"
 17.  Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.

 John 1:6-9
 6.  There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John.
 7.  He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe.
 8.  He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.
 9.  The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world.

1 Timothy 2:1-4
 1.  I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone--
 2.  for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
 3.  This is good, and pleases God our Savior,
 4.  who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

 John 12:32-36
 32.  But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself."
 33.  He said this to show the kind of death he was going to die.
 34.  The crowd spoke up, "We have heard from the Law that the Christ  will remain forever, so how can you say, `The Son of Man must be lifted up'? Who is this `Son of Man'?"
 35.  Then Jesus told them, "You are going to have the light just a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, before darkness overtakes you. The man who walks in the dark does not know where he is going.
 36.  Put your trust in the light while you have it, so that you may become sons of light." When he had finished speaking, Jesus left and hid himself from them.

Acts 22:15-16
 15.  You will be his witness to all men of what you have seen and heard.
 16.  And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.'

1 Corinthians 1:18
For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Titus 3:3-7
 3.  At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another.
 4.  But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared,
 5.  he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,
 6.  whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior,
 7.  so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.

There will be sex of all kinds on the sidewalk, in neighborhood parks; on subways etc. in daylight etc.

OH?????

Isaiah 3:9
 9.  The look on their faces testifies against them; they parade their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to them! They have brought disaster upon themselves.

 More?

Acts 12:11
Then Peter came to himself and said, "Now I know without a doubt that the Lord sent his angel and rescued me from Herod's clutches and from everything the Jewish people were anticipating."

1 John 2:18-23
 18.  Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour.
 19.  They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.
 20.  But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth.
 21.  I do not write to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it and because no lie comes from the truth.
 22.  Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist--he denies the Father and the Son.
 23.  No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

1 John 4:1-3
 1.  Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
 2.  This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,
 3.  but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

2 John 1:7-8
 7.  Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver
and the antichrist.
 8.  Watch out that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.

The ABOVE is the Biblical description of what Anti-Christ is like.

Sometimes ideas are funny.

Sometimes they are in the basements under . . . . sad.

No money is wasted obeying Christ's exhortation to watch, be aware, alert . . . READY.

Your attitude leads me to believe that you are not a prime candidate to be part of the 12,000 from one of Jacob's tribes.

Therefore, a Saving relationship with Christ overtly, directly and early will likely be THE hope available to you, as to the rest of us.

Ignore at your peril.

I am ready too. Whether or not one believes in the thousand year reign, rapture of the church or other theological points is not as important as knowing Jesus Christ as your atonement for sins. I personally am a believer of these doctrines. Come today Jesus! I am ready!

"...ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power.."

Does this fit the bill as a description of todays liberal.

like George Soros.

Probably not. If you want a profile of the antichrist, I submit the following:

He will be physically attractive. He'll have a wonderful personality, a ready smile and a firm and friendly handshake. He'll be an effective speaker, highly intelligent and very persuasive. He'll preach conservative economic policy, low taxation, the strength of the market, etc. resulting ins great economic prosperity.

He'll be a flatterer. He'll make peole comfortable in their sins and so be immensly popular.

He will be an effective arguer against religion. He will persecute Christianity with the support of the people.

He won't seize power, he'll be given power.

He will discredit God by claiming to be god, not so much as a feed to his own ego, but as a way to convince people that they can safely ignore, persecute and imprison these nut cases who believe in God.

That's my take. I don't think anyone in the Christian community is going to spot him until well into the game.

Get a grip Joe, every generation says the same thing.

Very true, yet there are some empirical differences. Legalized abortion. Homosexual marriage. 50% divorce rates. Gang violence. Living together outside of marriage as a common and accepted practice. Nudity in "family" films. Explicit content and nudity at public sports events.

These are all events which did not exist 50 years ago.

Consider. The St. Valentines Day Massacre was considered truly horrible because 7 people were gunned down in cold blood in Chicago. Seven people! That would barely make the evening news these days, yet then it was a national story for months and became infamous enough to make it into history books.

50 years ago my old granny, born in 1880 was saying:
"Lands sake! You young-uns are the most boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, little monsters since your parents back in the '20s!

All these 'existed' in the roaring twenties and the gay nineties, but they weren't discussed in polite company or plastered all over the media.
We operated in those days under what came to be called the 'Victorian compromise'. - Most everything was technically illegal, but in actuality was tolerated in certain areas, - red light districts.
