A recall in Washington is different than in California -- you can't recall a Governor here with out malfeasance (cause). So she'll have to do something shady while she's governornot before she's governor in order to have a recall pass the Supreme Court (where Gregoire will take it in a heartbeat). The recall law in Washington is a lot tougher nut to crack. She's going to have to stumble as Governor first before a recall petition will be allowed.

The Left knows that the Republicans will almost always shun controversy. That's why they pull this crap. Since they have not stopped at President and Governor, how long before they use fraud exclusively to take over the country? This is why they fear the 2nd Amendment.

But people can run an initiative to change the current recall law followed by an immediate recall.
For otherwise you are saying that the will of the people is secondary to the determinations of its courts.
The fact is a majority of voters now want Rossi as their governor in Washington State.

Yes, you have to wait until she's in office, but the standard is merely "misfeasance", which could be pretty much anything.
