I think it was an inside job too. Iraqis or their families should they blow themselves up, get paid for killing Americans. Remember how Atta and company kept a low profile and were friendly while they were in Florida learning to fly planes into buildings.
It's the same over there. It makes me shudder and why can't we stop mixing Iraqis with our forces on our bases for now? Must we rely upon them or are they allowed near our troops as a politically correct gesture??? Is that possible?

Look at it this way. We took over their country and turned it upside down. 99.999% of the Iraqis here just want to get back on their feet and get on with their lives. A lot of them have valuable job skills and we are using them to help them rebuild their country.

Remember, Iraqis got killed in this attack too, which probably wasnt launched by Iraqis, but foreign militants that wanted to F up the process....

I have met a lot of Iraqis that work on base here. All are pretty friendly, sincere, and always working their butts off.

Glad you're o.k. The days will seem to get longer as the date comes closer -- keep busy and time will pass quicker.

(My advice comes from spending two-weeks short of a full year serving alongside the Swifties in Viet Nam)

Mike, Thanks for your service.

Told some Marines the same thing, and shook their hands, at the Giants game this weekend. It's because of you and the rest of our servicemen and woman that we are free and able to live in the best country in the world.

Yes, their lives have been disrupted and freedom isn't free, that's for sure. Loss of life of innocent civilians or our troops saddens me.

FOX NEWS: 22 lives were claimed today, not sorted out who died today and 50 were wounded. The dining hall is a semi-permanent tent structure. It was a direct hit. 4,000 contractors at that camp. Many of them are expected to be among the dead. (I type fast - used to be a transcriptionist).

I wish you well. God's speed. FV
