The end of the 2004 presidential election campaign doesn't spell the end of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, the well-funded alliance of former servicemen that remains dedicated to preventing John Kerry from becoming president.
The group, which recently changed its name to Swift Boat Veterans and POWs for Truth, plans to convene next month to celebrate its successes and to consider speaking out further about Kerry's military service, his anti-war activities afterward, and other issues, says William Franke, who ran the organization's day-to-day operations.
In his first interview about his role in the anti-Kerry group, the Navy veteran said his group succeeded in its mission to discredit Kerry and may help distribute a controversial film attacking the Massachusetts senator.

Kerry is a traitor. There is no statute of limitation on that, as far as I know. The truth needs to be told, otherwise he will try to run again in 2008.
I'm especially interested in their uptake of "other veterans affairs". Could they be interested in talking about what the media is doing with the current war?

Well, I htink 90% of the MSM journalists voted for Kerry, and they dont't seem to understand the concept of unbiased reporting.

Its not good enough that Kerry falsified his own purple heart citation when he got a self-inflicted wound.
It is not good enough that the Swifties proved Kerry was never in Cambodia.
It is not good enough that showing Kerry's lying testimony to the Senate was clear demonstration of treason.
It is not good enough that Kerry's protests coordinated with Hanoi Jane Fonda were seditious.
No- the press needs more evidence. I am sure there is some and we would find it if the press forced release of Kerry's military records. Kerry probably received a dishonorable discharge before he received a forged honorable one. But they are too busy tracking down Keriks sex escapades to care about the Manhanoicandidate.
What is wrong with these people? Why do they like traitors more than heroic patriots?
From their perspective it is likely the old adage from Snowball - 'All animals are equal; but some animals are more equal than others.' ... where KetchUp-Kerry (and the MSM) are the latter.
What really chafes this group is that their high-and-mighty "brainwashing" machine has gone the way of the dodo because of the internet, blogs, ... , etc. In short, the "connected" world has passed them by!!!
The Swifties did a great service both in Vietnam and in this election. I hope they continue to have an impact, but they can expect the MSM to assert forever that they had "no evidence."
