Libya's Col. Muammar Gaddafi has complained that the US and the rest of the international community have failed to "reward" him appropriately for giving up his weapons of mass destruction programs, and says that this failure is deterring countries like Iran and North Korea from following his example. The colonel argues that his decision to "withdraw" from WMD programs was a critical factor in US President George W. Bush's reelection. "We know that with this withdrawal we contributed by 50 percent to his electoral campaign a winning hand," the colonel says.

NEVER trust any Islamic state. He's only openly wound up his N-programme.Nothing is known about his Chem-Bio warfare programmes & those are extremely easy to conceal. After extending trade ties, the next logical option would be to lift armsembargoes. So that gives him an F-16 or JAS-39 Grippen to carry his chemical warheads.

Why is he complaining? He didn't have to live in a rat hole like his buddy Saddam. That is his reward.
I do thank Gaddafi for admitting, in his way, that turning over those WMD's (which wouldn't have happened without Iraq) cut the Democrats claims that the Iraq war was worthless.

He's alive. Isn't that reward enough?

Not being blown into oblivion, not being a religion of pieces is not reward enough?
You may want to rethink that statement, Muammar...
