Anyone see this guy "Conyer" on Countdown tonight? I have never seen him speak before, nor do I watch countdown normaly (Mr O is on at 8:00 - yes i like him).. But i popped in at the right time.
This is the guy thats causing so much chaos in Ohio? This is the man everyone at DU is putting there hopes on? Give me a break.. he cant even talk... What is he? 110 years old?

He once was a fiery psuedo-Marxist rabble-rouser. Now he's just a very tired and confused old man. If the Democratic party wants to put him front and center to represent them, that's all well and good.

Are you talking about Rep. John Conyers from Michigan? How have you managed to avoid him? He ranks up there with Ted Kennedy in terms of insane, liberal, socialist, outspoken democrats. I wish I didn't know who he is.

He left the House in 2002 and was beaten in a primary for Michigan governor.
Yes, Conyer's is as much a dumb-ass as Major Owens, the black demonrat congressman from New York who has called for the removal of the 2nd Amendment from the Bill of Rights, and who believes that sharks follow ships in the Atlantic because THOUSANDS of dead slaves, en route to the US EONS ago, were thrown overboard. Never mind that ships have ALWAYS thrown trash and food scraps off of their sterns.
