An apartment near the World Trade Center site that former Police Commissioner Bernard B. Kerik used to engage in an extramarital affair with publisher Judith Regan, was originally donated for the use of weary police and rescue workers who were helping after 9-11! One bedroom faced the pit of ground zero... Regan would visit it while Kerik was police commissioner, meaning between Sept. 11 and Dec. 31, 2001. Kerik refused to answer any questions Tuesday regarding the apt... NYT planning coverage... Developing...
Oh, OK.
No, not at all. I love Rudy Giuliani! He's smart, a perfect New Yorker, a terrific crimefighter/prosecutor, Italian and nearly irresistably cute. :o) I don't share all of his views but I'd vote for him if he were the nominee. I heard him speak earlier this year at an event I attended. He's got IT, the necessary political charisma and personal charm.
Thanks for reminding me you're not capable of defending your positions or candidates - - so you have to stoop to name calling. I won't waste my time replying to your inanities.
Well, at least we now know Judith Regan likes the bad boys.
Amen.
Kerik didn't just have a closet of skeletons; He had a warehouse.
Note that I never said the tallest guy, the prettiest guy, etc. would always be the winning candidate. I simply pointed out that certain superficial attributes make it very difficult for someone to succeed in a national campaign. Any ONE of those five characteristics would be considered a flaw in a presidential candidate . . . someone with ALL FIVE OF THEM shouldn't bother having White House aspirations.
standby - the next story will be that Kerik used a Taser on her to put a little "jolt" into their amourous adventures.
We all do -- especially when they look good in a motorcycle jacket. ;D
I believe 1960 was the first time presidential debates were held.
Trust me on this one . . . those two aren't going anywhere in national politics. I don't think either one of them would win a single state west of the Delaware River.
Maybe a RINO? McCain?
You should be mad at Kerik for not being honest with Bush --- or for whoever was supposed to check his credentials --- someone didn't do their job very well.
"Substitute "Clinton" for "Bernie" and you sound like Carville defending Bubba. Keep it up - - you're a poster child for hypocrisy."
?? Bernie was not employing Judith Regan. I don't care if they had sex. I would rather not know this as frankly I don't want the image in my head of bernie laboring over judy with an ape-like grunting. Besides that I don't want the image in my mind of churchill in the buff either.
I'm telling you, in nyc for the six months following 9/11 everyone in town was having sex like jackrabbits. There's no scandal here. Just human nature.
on the nanny issue, fine, I accept that.
what's happening now is just a smear job, no different then finding out that Robert Bork rented adult films.
When wrongdoing by people in positions of power is exposed, we can wonder how much of the operationalized foulness is a result of his innate nastiness that allowed him to scheme and be corrupt to get the position, and how much is the result of nastiness that was only in the larval stage, but developed under the dark sun of new opportunities to be nasty?
That's interesting -- I never knew that. Think of this, too . . . it probably
wasn't until the 1950s that the majority of voters even saw video clips of presidential candidates!
OH God....how'd I know this would be coming from Drudge...the word developing was the first clue. God, he really needs to get a life. Who the hell cares, Drudge!!!
