However, as the main parties refuse or are too wimpy to hold constructive debate about immigration, role of islam etc, them they can hardly complain if fringe parties arise - as they have in The Netherlands for example.
I read somewhere there has been no substantive debate on immigration in general in parliament since Enoch Powell's "Rivers of Blood" speech in mid 60s !

I sympathize with the Nazi in at least one respect: I understand what it is to be called down for speaking about my beliefs, which are evidently unacceptable to many. You see, I am not a liberal and I attended college.
