Judges dont have rights I guess.. My brother put on a trash bag and wrote White trash on it for Halloween, never found anyone at the party who was offended. But put on blackface or an Afro wig and you are a threat to every black ever born.
Wasn't there a photo circulating around the net of Clinton in an afro wig a few years back? And it genuine, not Photoshopped.
I don't know but it seems that a sitting judge putting on black face and a prison jump suit to go with it just might send a different message than your brother with his white trash gag, unless your brother is black and oh, say a DA.
