After the OJ nullification, a lot of us lost faith in the jury system or at least saw it tarnished.

These jurors are saying the right things and are impressive. They are restoring my faith in the system.

Circumstantial evidence means there was no eyewitness to the crime. There usually aren't eyewitnesses, ERGO, most cases ARE circumstantial.

They do not give you instruction on how to deliberate. Juror #5 ineffective. Shortly after the forman was changed juror #5 had himself removed because he no longer felt comfortable.

Juror comments on the male that was removed (who had been the foreman): They spent a lot of "unproductive" time and finally decided to change forepersons and the next day the man was gone. Juror can't comment too much but said the juror who was removed did say he didn't feel he could contribute anymore or some such, but this juror speaking said he felt it would be up to this person to speak out himself.

Justin's going to get b*t*hslapped by this jury, IMO.

In response to Justin Falkner's statement that this jury felt pressered by public opinion and the OJ verdict.

The strawberry head juror says Justin Falkner knows nothing.

This redhead is great! She just slammed that idiot Justin Falconer, big time.

Reporterette Rusty Dornan informs them that Justin has been talking a LOT and gives them an example and redhead said that it was ridiculous (Justin's contentions) and said he knows NOTHING.

No kidding. That was obvious but the media kept having the dolt on.

If you two get together and do this, can I watch and videotape it? I mean, it's every guy's fantasy to see two hot chix slamming booze, beading odd-count peyote stitch, and beheading sickly sweet figurines, isn't it?

Isn't it?

Hmm. Maybe I shared too much information.

Oh, man . . . beading and sangria and steel slicing through wide-eyed urchins! That is SO my kind of weekend.

Hey, if I ever make it down your way, I'm right there.

The residence hall right under mine in college had a Precious Moments theme one year. Cute little homemade urchin-posters on each and every door. A friend and I got a little bit punchy during finals week and took Magic Markers to all of 'em.

When we were done, we had Uzi-toting Precious Moments, trailer park Precious Moments, heroin addict Precious Moments...you get the idea. :->

They are all impressive, but I'm particularly impressed by "Pinky".

First she slams Scott for not protecting his family. Then she completely dismissed the juror more interested in spotlight than truth.

O.J. should be sharing a cell block with Scott.

What was the dramatic of the deliberation period?

That is very hard to answer, one says the most difficult is today.

Another juror says the day that they had to find Scott guilty.

She was backed up by one of the men jurors. They took their charge very seriously and listened to no one and nothing except the evidence. Didn't even talk to his wife.

Greta: "did you want to hear from peterson?"
Red-head: "We heard enough from him." Also mentions scott's giggles at the table today.

It's a wonderful thing. Make it clear Justin is a jerk.

Greta asking if they wanted to hear from Scott.

Redhead: "We heard enough from him"

Redhead says no emotion at the verdict spoke loud and clear. Today she said there were giggles at the table and that spoke loud and clear. Repeats "I heard enough from him".

Yes and no.

Yes, most cases are circumstantial. But your definition is all wrong.

The suspect's blood all over the scene of the crime and under the victim's fingernails is not usually considered "circumstantial". The facts that the suspect was having an affair at the time and that the victim was the suspect's wife are both circumstantial.
