I believe if the truth is to be known, Clinton himself has his fingers in this thing. All of this happened on Clintons' watch. He bound to have offshore accounts that were deposited by cutouts. Maybe in Cheseas name, Who knows, but Clinton has got to be in this. The biggest scam in the history stinks of Clinton if anything would.

Wouldn't it be sweet justice to get Marc Rich put BACK in prison with Bill Clinton and his co-president to join him? Even Martha Stewart might root for THAT outcome!

Everybody that wanted in got in. Including hijackers, terrorists, dictators, the Red Chinese and all those brokers of the Clinton's deals.
2. We know that Clinton is corrupt and easily corrupted.
3. We know his wife, Mrs. Clinton, is a power hungry mad dog.
4. We know that the Clinton's would sell their soul to the devil if it meant they
could attain and maintain power.
5. We know the FFOP (Food for Oil Program) began during Clinton's presidency.
Is it possible that they were in on the diabolical scheme?
What I'd like to know is who was the mastermind behind the FFOP? Who suggested it? Who implemented it?

Sure enough he did, but, I'm thinkin' since the old bugger thug was under UN sanctions how could he have proposed such
a program to help his suffering people who he put in that place to begin with? That's why I'm thinking someone else but the notion to him for this preposterous perfidious money making scheme.
