It's not. Don't be sucked in by propaganda

(You didn't, by chance, believe the "Cheney won't be on the ticket" silliness, did you?)

Nope. I also don't believe Lieberman will be DHC.

Sorry, man. Can't stomach it. If he had not given Kallstrom a sinecure, I might go for it.

What are your issues with James Kallstrom? And what about Pataki's relationship with him makes him undesireablr for HSA?

I seem to be missing some info.

the original issue about the nanny, was "outed" by Kerik himself. the subsequent smears of his affairs, his "mob" connections, his stock options, alleged gifts, etc - that's the smear job.

Honestly, I didn't hear about any of this, until after he withdrew his nomination. Not saying any of this is true, there were probably issues either Kerik didn't want brought out, or the administration felt they could not defend. Maybe they were just uncomfortable with the matter.

In any case, he is not up for it anymore. Oliver North would be great. He already had his laundry aired out a number of years ago. That laundry could actually work in his favor--there are certain elements you don't fight on traditional grounds. We'll all just have to wait and see what happens.

And as long as you're dreaming, I'd like a pony. No chance that G.W. "Guest Worker" Bush will appoint anyone who'll agitate on immigration issues--we'll see Hitlary pregnant with Bill's baby before that happens.

Search FR for "Kallstrom." A whole lot of people think Kallstrom is a lying sack of s---. But between him and Pataki it's hard to say who's the dog and who gave who fleas.

"Good:

It would probably kill his chances of becoming president
Get rid of the RINO in NY State ".......#1-He is a Liberal. #2 - He is a Liberal from N.Y. #3 - He is a Liberal from N.Y. who governs as a liberal. He would not have the chance of an ice cube in Hell at carrying any "red state" in a race for the
Presidency. We do not need nor want him in Washington in any capacity! Puleeeeez! The likes of Pataki are why I moved away from N.Y., ten years ago!
