I've heard of this before... Where a guy is two timing two women, or even better, he dumps his first wife, then marries his mistress... And then the mistress finds out he's cheating on her!

Well, DUH!!!

And these women have the nerve to be suprised? Well, maybe "nerve" isn't the right word...

I believe the reason the NY presstitutes sat on this for so long was because they thought they were setting the perfect trap for the President.

Fortunately, someone did some further vetting in the nick of time and forced Kerik to "resign" before he was confirmed.

IMO, the ephemeral "nanny" tale is bogus......and a face-saving ploy agreed upon by all concerned.

This was a close one, whew.

Gee, (though I don't agree), I thought it was established during the Slick Willie administration that a politicians' sexlife was nobody's business. We were told that we should stay out of their "personal life". I could have sworn I heard that from the MSM ad nauseum.

Once again, the rules only apply to Republicans.

He's not as smart as I thought...

Just remember, it has nothing to do with being "smart."

G-d gave man two heads to think with, but only enough blood to use one at a time!

Guess which head he was thinking with?

Was he not getting 'enough' at home? Too bad, he looked like a pretty good nominee.

She did Rush's book as he was hitting the big time.

He (wisely) didn't let it get to far. Kept it professional as far as I know.

Rudy should pay attention to what is happening to Kerik before he even thinks about running for President.

That's what I was thinking.

And I have three words for 43: Trust but verify :)

I think it is good we hold our leaders to standards. The low life Dems only use their leaders to justify their worthless life styles.

She had a talk show on Fox News for several years. I always thought she was quite attractive.

I always watched Regan's tv show on Fox news, and she was very tough on Clinton during the sex scandal and impeachment. She also used to talk about her ex-husband cheating on her and how she had to raise her young son as a single parent.

Well, we could just be like the Democrats and say "his personal life doesn't matter."

Much as I like Kerik, and thought his biography The Lost Son was an American success story, he seems to have enough baggage that I'm disturbed he made it through the initial FBI screening process that the White House must surely put potential candidates through.

I too thought he would made a great appointment. Unfortunately, character does count. One never knows whether he would have been forced to compromise because of the skeletons in his closet.

It appears that his personal life may not be the extent of all his missteps. His business dealings are now being called into question.

Again, if we are to learn anything from this, it is that are personal dealings are just as important as are public persona. I'm sure Kerik understands that now more than ever.
