Several years ago in the North East, Philly or Baltimore, the new drug dealers were trying to get customers from the old drug dealers.

The dealers are quite proud of their incomes and their product and they have some method of branding them.

Anyway the new drug dealers bought/stole/acquired a big chunk of dope with the old drug dealers logo and laced it with strychnine and passed it off as the original gangs product.

Result a bunch of dead dopers. The original drug gang's reputation was shot and the new dope dealers got all the customers.

Competition in the free market.
