Sorry for this post if it is in the wrong place, but does anyone have an MP3 or .WAV or even a video of President Bush's Inaugural Address from his first term? I'm trying to make a nice mix for a project on my blog (which I shall post here when it is done).
I was hoping to find a recording online but I can't seem to find an MP3 of it anywhere. The only thing I can find is the text of the speech.
If you have one or a link to one, please email me? banagor@nerra.com is my address.
What I really would love is Bush taking the oath of office, his speech, and also some of the choir singing afterwards in the ceremony etc....
It's all part of a vital ensemble which I require to make something funny which will drive your Democratic friends insane.
Thanks in advance,
Banagor.
I've tried. I couldn't find a recording at all.
I know it's PBS. We paid for it, might as well use it. Right?
You might also check CSPAN.Org archives.
Thanks!
That's awesome. I just checked and they have it in different formats. And you're right - we might as well use what we pay for. But count me in as a PBS supporter on some level...just have to disagree with their constant liberal bias on all things. But some of their stuff I really enjoy. :)
I'll try to see if I can run that somehow in my compilation. Working on something funny with which to needle my Democratic friends. I'll post the link when I'm done with it in a day or two.
bump to save
