Not the best neighbors??? Well, it's too darn bad Mexico isn't the neighbor of any other country in the world, and then they'd find out what a bad neighbor really is. What does REM want us to do, cede the entire USA to Mexico? Good grief.

Mexico has another neighbor --- a country much like itself --- Guatemala --- notice Vicente Fox doesn't go over their shaking his finger demanding "the whole enchilada" and "more, more, more". Mexico isn't sending boxcar and semi-trailer loads of it's citizens to Guatemala to get money from there to send back.
