NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iran has signed a satellite cooperation accord with China in what could accelerate Teheran's intermediate- and long-range missile programs.

The two countries have signed a memorandum of understanding meant to improve aerospace and satellite cooperation. Under the MoU, China would exchange expertise in the area of satellites and aerospace technology and sciences.

The official Iranian news agency, Irna, reported that the MoU was signed in Beijing on Nov. 30. The agency said the accord -- signed by Iranian Space Agency director Hassan Shafti and Chinese National Space Agency director Lae-on Soon -- was meant to consolidate bilateral cooperation in the field of aerospace technology and sciences.

"Under the MoU, the two sides are to use aerospace technology for peaceful purposes, particularly telecommunication and research satellites," Irna said.

In my opinion, because the old media and the rest you mention are all working in concert to bring America down. IMO, it has been in the cards for decades.

You know the story. Clinton, imo, has been an agent of other governments for decades. That is the only real and understandable explanation for his actions. The only one.

China has already kicked our butts. She is out producing us. She's bought into us for about a trillion $. She is starting to squeeze us for our latest hi-tech weapon platforms in payment. She is doing anything she can to keep us occupied, dinking with Iran and N. Korea, and spending while she gets stronger.

Its time we turn a portion of that desert to glass and set the record straight. If we don't, you and the kids better start learning Chinese.

The Chinese are up to their eyeballs in what was once assumed to be a North Korean and A.Q. Khan plot to proliferate nukes and WMD technology to any rogue state (or terrorist) who will threaten the West, and particularly the US with them. The Chinese are trying to use surrogates to dissipate our military strength, and render us less of a threat to Chinese dominance in Asia. There a subtle (and not so subtle) ways of letting the ChiComs know that this won't work (how about some "nuclear research" Taiwan, for example), and we need to start working on them now.
