I visited Antigua a couple of years ago ... Antigua has some very attractive young ladies; some, breathtakingly so in my estimation ... or, should I say, "World Class"?

WOWSERS! What a gaggle of babes! Everyone is stunning, although IMO Miss Mexico could improve her posture. Then again it may be just this picture or the dress she's wearing or maybe because I'me VERY picky about posture.

Quick aside...several years ago Daughter was in dance school and Wife was working there part-time. Wife and the instructor were bemoaning bigger waistlines after having kids, and how hard it was to lose the inches.

I told them I could help them lose at least an inch or two within just a few minutes. They didn't believe me but said they'd play along and do what I told them.

I measured their waists, then adjusted their posture...stand up straight, shoulders back, chest out. On remeasure each had lost at least 2 inches off the waistline. Of course both complained that it was too much trouble to think about posture all the time, and over the years both have resumed slouching and toying with all kinds of workouts and diets...sigh.

Sometimes I dodn't know why I try...

You can't believe how many times that same trick has won me a drink at the local watering hole!
