The thread was:
"Wetbacks" heard on Green Acres on November 27, 2004
Where:
I don't know. All I know is it got pulled. As I said, I am very new here. Thanks for all of the useful replies to those of you who replied so far. "Ping" especially. Wow! Very perceptive of you. Please forgive my attitude but I was told that there was a great deal of intelligence on FreeRepublic. I was not told that anti-intelligence was also so generously represented.

I was not told that anti-intelligence was also so generously represented. If it wasn't, it sure is now.

SpikeyInWis joined FR on 12/1/04. How'd you post 4 days before you joined?

"I was told that there was a great deal of intelligence on FreeRepublic. I was not told that anti-intelligence was also so generously represented." you will be able to discern the "anti-intelligent" by their frequent claim of divine knowledge.

I was not told that anti-intelligence was also so generously represented. Sorry, but posting a thread called "Wetbacks" heard on Green Acres on November 27, 2004" and a thread that simply says, "A thread that I started got pulled without explanation by a Jim Robinson. I'm new here and don't know how to ask the appropriate person (Jim Robinson) why. How do I do that please?" aren't exactly the epitome of intelligence.
< /obligatory newbie bashing >
In all seriousness, though, welcome to FreeRepublic. You'll grow used to this place with time and love it like the rest of us. Unless you're a troll, in which case heavily armed kittens in full body armor and lightning bolts are in your future.
I hope that is not the case.

hey no cheep shots it is the same as regular society the good comes with the bad. If you want to take cheap shots at people go over to the DU. I read that thread yesterday it was inflamatory and that was probably why it got pulled. Try lurking and reading what is posted out here. Don't look to start arguments or inflame people. That will at least ensure that you posts won't get pulled. But what do I know I reprsent the anti-intelligence here.

I'm the resident authority on that term you used.
I've been around awhile and my thread got pulled quickly by, coincidentally, a Mr. James Robinson.
He lives in a mansion atop a high hill on the way to Carmel.

I was not told that anti-intelligence was also so generously represented. I hope you stick around. That quote is one of my new all-time favorites. You get points from me for your witty sarcasm.
If the same quote had been typed by one of the pretentious long-timers here, there'd be much guffawing and high-fiving going on. Since a newbie typed it, the same self-important veterans got their widdle feewings hurt. Too bad for them.

I think it says "no racism" on the main page of this site, but I could be wrong.
Anyway that was a duplicate thread, and the original was smart enough not to use that term in the title. Duh.

ahh we see your true colors now. The "anti-intelligence" was in response to the secret cloak of lib you tried to pull over our eyes. This forum has built in detectors that alert the faithful when one of your kind strays into our world and tries to pretend you are intelligent! The detectors are based on korbamite and are infallible. Be off with you now liberal mole. ZOT!
